Voices Behind the Care

At Prathikshaa, our strength lies in the dedication of our team. Each therapist, educator, and staff member brings not only professional expertise but also compassion, resilience, and a deep belief in the potential of every child. Here’s what our team has to say about working in this inspiring environment

As a licensed physiotherapist with over 12 years of experience in rehabilitation and paediatric care, I had the privilege of working at Prathikshaa Rehab Centre from May 2012 to April 2022, where I closely collaborated with children experiencing developmental delays and neurological conditions through individualized therapy plans focusing on balance, posture, coordination, strength, and gross motor skills to help them gain independence in daily life. Under the inspiring leadership of our director, Mrs. M. Charulatha—whose commitment to paediatric care, staff development, and ethical practice created a truly nurturing environment—our team flourished both professionally and personally. At Prathikshaa, the multidisciplinary approach involving occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and special educators, combined with well-equipped facilities and modern therapy tools, enabled holistic care and remarkable progress in children recovering from neurological and orthopaedic conditions. Being part of this dedicated team was a deeply fulfilling experience, and I am proud to have contributed to the growth and well-being of every child who came through our doortep.

R.Kavitha Principal

We get continuous training and chances to upgrade our skills. It’s a place where staff growth matters as much as student progress.

The joy on a parent’s face when their child speaks or walks for the first time—those moments remind me why I chose this field.
